Held in Ho Chi Minh City, the tasting and networking event was attended by key decision makers and top chefs from the city’s food and beverage industry. It offered guests the opportunity to be some of the first in-market to try our award-winning Riverine beef products.
A delicious canape menu was prepared on the night by Host Chef Duc Ngheim from Nous Dining. Chef Duc Ngheim prepared both Western and Eastern style dishes highlighting the flexibility and award-winning flavour of Riverine beef. The dishes included pan seared Riverine tenderloin, striploin and ribeye, tataki, sliders, and crostini.
Scott Lin, Teys Sales Manager – MENA & South East Asia attended the event, and spoke about the quality of our Riverine beef brand, and our strong history delivering premium Australian beef to markets around the world.
