Teys Australia was proud to continue its support of the Condamine Bell Campdraft in 2026, with four days of competition bringing riders, families and supporters together in Condamine from 8 to 11 October.
An important event on the local calendar, the Condamine Bell has a long connection with the region and attracts competitors from across Australia. It also marks the opening event in the region’s campdrafting Triple Crown, ahead of the Chinchilla Grandfather Clock and Warwick Gold Cup.
Congratulations to our 2026 Novice winner
This year Teys sponsored the Teys Australia Condamine Bell Novice Campdraft, with Peter Boulton riding Melloman taking out the win.
Competition was strong, with 399 entries in the Novice first round and 582 in the Open first round.
For Phil Lambert, General Manager of the Teys Condamine Feedlot, supporting events like the Condamine Bell is about staying connected with the communities in which Teys people live and work.
“The Condamine Bell is a fantastic local event and one we’re very proud to support. It brings people together from across the region and further afield, and that strong sense of community is something that means a lot to our team here at Condamine. Congratulations to Peter and Melloman, and to the committee, volunteers and cattle donors on another terrific event.”
That community connection has long been part of Teys’ involvement with the event. In previous years, members of our Condamine Feedlot team have also volunteered their time to support the campdraft, reinforcing the strong connection between the event, our people and the local community.
It is a natural fit for our local team. The Teys Condamine Feedlot has been part of the region since 1989 and today employs around 35 people across its 30,000-head operation. The team has a strong focus on animal welfare, innovation and sustainable beef production, while maintaining close connections with the Western Darling Downs communities its people call home.

A great weekend for Condamine
This year’s event once again demonstrated why the Condamine Bell remains such an important fixture on the regional calendar.
The event organisers paid particular tribute to the cattle donors whose contribution helped deliver quality competition throughout the weekend, including Condabri Beef, The Grove Shorthorns, Lillyvale Feedlot, JK Cattle Company and the Campbell Family Trust.
For Teys, supporting the Condamine Bell is ultimately about supporting the people and communities behind it.
Congratulations again to Peter Boulton and Melloman, and to all of this year’s competitors and winners. And a big thank you to the Condamine Campdraft Committee, volunteers, cattle donors and everyone behind the scenes who helped deliver another fantastic event.
