With our size and scale, we have designed a multi stream graduate program that is structured around your areas of interest and provides you with in-depth learning and practical experience across the core functional areas of Feedlots and Livestock, Primary Processing and Professional Services.
With Teys, you can gain experience in livestock procurement, animal health, feedlot operations, industry tech, meat processing, food production, asset management, logistics, local and export distribution, and professions such as legal, Marketing, IT, HR and Finance – all in the one company.
Throughout your two-year program you will enjoy rotations across our business, and you will definitely see the best of regional Australia.

To be eligible, we will consider any bachelor’s degree. If you are studying agriculture, science, business, economics, finance or law – we would love to hear from you.
